To place an order, please have catalog information ready in order to properly fill out the form below. If you are uploading artwork, please read the acceptable artwork file formats to the right. Billing occurs once the order has been submitted and payment is made. Production will not begin prior to receipt of payment.

Be sure to review all of the information you provided, and make any necessary changes before clicking the "PLACE ORDER" button. Please double check your shipping information before you submit your order.

Acceptable Artwork File Formats

For laser engraving, acceptable file formats include the following:

Make sure all text is converted to curves and MUST be Black & White, Camera Ready.
(NO GREYSCALE)
Also must be formatted for PC only.

Any artwork which does not meet our standards in quality may be charged art fees to correct ($35.00 per hour, minimum of $20.00) upon prior approval by customer.

All trademarked logos are assumed to be approved and ok to use by the customer. The customer assumes all responsibility in accordance of use by said trademarked logo. Jerry’s Trophies, LLC will not be responsible for any penalties or fines as a result of illegal use of trademarked logos.

If any questions, or if you would like to know if logo meets our quality standards, please contact us and we can run a test prior to production. This may delay pickup / delivery date of your order.
